The environmentalist section of the Circle pays close attention to problems related to the environment in the municipality, and it tries to react to them in due time as well. It organizes a clean-up of the mansion garden every spring. At the beginning of the year József Gergely, a biologist from Senta, gave a lecture about the partitioning and disappearing of the habitude of rare plant breeds, and István Balogh, a local amateur ornithologist gave a slide-projected lecture on the rich birdlife in the unique national park in the Danube delta.
The local bird-watchers, in collaboration with Imre Kókai Elementary School, organize a series of bird-protection and environmentalist activities for schoolchildren every year. During these activities, the children made bird-houses and they placed them in the trees of the mansion garden. After that they listened to slide-projected lectures about the current issues connected to nature and the environment, and about the birdlife of Temerin and its surroundings.
